Paid extra to upgrade one room out of the two rooms booked! I did request that the should an upgraded room be possible it had to be with a shower only ( not shower over the bath) as my sister needed that option. However on checking into the upgraded room it was a shower over the bath! So I had to have that room instead of her! She didn’t receive the extra treat in the end! Didn’t change it though !The staff at the hotel were excellent, friendly helpful ! By mistake I had only paid for one of us for breakfast instead of for two of us! They were kind enough to give me a complimentary voucher for the second person!

Good location opposite hyde park. Room was kindly upgraded because it was my sisters birthday, such a lovely gesture. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Especially the young lad that was there when we checked in. Zanto? Apologies, i can't remember. Its next door to the Queensway tube station. Lovely area to stay in for a couple od days. Plenty of food places near-by, coffee shop, ice cream parlours. Mini market with oriental food on the side street. The room size and bathroom were compact, but its central London, so expected. Lovely stay 😊

Location is amazing. Right across from Hyde Park and the tube station next door. The neighborhood is walkable and there is anything one might need or want within 19-15 minutes. Breakfast was varied and quite good and the staff is always professional and helpful. The rooms are ample with tea kettle and sunroom coffee. Bathrooms areodern and the toiletries of food quality. This is our spot when we're in London and we'll be back as we use London as a base when vacationing abroad.

Lots of restaurants and pub nearby. Had a lovely dinner at Med Salleh a Malaysian street food restaurant (5 mins walk fr hotel). Also recommend The Park Restaurant, with a wide European menu. Quality food and service. Reservation recommended.

Really excellent location as there is Hyde park in front, Metro/Tube basically under the building and so many comfortable buses going almost everywhere including straight to oxford street and all the attraction places. The BigBus and other tourist buses also stop by the hotel
